What it is
Board an XP-40 space cruiser, spin it 360 degrees with the joystick, and blast glowing "Z" targets to stop Zurg from stealing batteries. Disneyland's handheld blasters are tethered by cords, making aiming easier than Florida's fixed guns.
How to do it right
- Pro scoring: aim for small, distant, and moving targets, which tend to be worth more; your rank runs from Space Cadet up to Galactic Hero
- The removable tethered blasters are a Disneyland exclusive, much easier for kids to aim
- You can spin your vehicle with the joystick to line up shots
Best time to ride
- Morning
- Evening
- With Lightning Lane Multi Pass on busy days
Photo spots
- Buzz animatronic in the queue
- Score screen brag shot at unload
Accessibility
- You can stay in your wheelchair or ECV
- Handheld captioning available
