Park strategy
Rope Drop
Perfect Hollywood Studios Rope Drop
Rope drop Rise of the Resistance first - it's the most popular attraction. After Rise, hit Slinky Dog Dash or Tower of Terror. You can knock out 2-3 major rides before crowds build.
Touring
Galaxy's Edge Strategy
Do Rise of the Resistance first thing (or buy its Lightning Lane Single Pass), then Millennium Falcon. Save shopping and dining for later when ride lines are longer. Book Oga's Cantina, Savi's Workshop, and Droid Depot in advance.
Touring
Fantasmic Dining Package
Book a Fantasmic dining package for reserved seating. Otherwise arrive 60-90 minutes early. On nights with two shows, the later show is usually less crowded.
Dining
Mobile Order Everything
Use mobile ordering for quick service meals. Woody's Lunch Box and Docking Bay 7 get very busy. Place your order well before you want to eat and check the return window.
Touring
Use Single Rider Lines
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run have single rider lines that can save significant time (availability varies by day). Great option if your group doesn't mind splitting up.
Hidden Gem
Hollywood Studios Hidden Gems
Don't miss: BaseLine Tap House (California craft beer), the Chinese Theatre forecourt handprints, and the many in-joke details along Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards.
Touring
Toy Story Land Gets Hot
Toy Story Land has minimal shade and gets extremely hot in summer. Do it early in the day or late evening. Bring water and sunscreen.
Skip
What to Skip if Time is Limited
If short on time, skip: Alien Swirling Saucers and one of the stage shows. Focus on Rise of the Resistance, Slinky Dog Dash, Tower of Terror, and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets.
