What it is
Iconic table service restaurant set inside the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, where you dine under a permanent twilight sky as boats drift past. Louisiana-inspired Cajun and Creole menu, plus wine, beer, and a signature Hurricane cocktail alongside the classic non-alcoholic mint julep.
The room: Permanent moonlit bayou inside the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. Lanterns, fireflies, and drifting boats make it one of the most atmospheric restaurants in any Disney park.

Getting a table
Book the morning your window opens, right at 6 AM Eastern. I do this for my clients.
Tips
- One of the hardest reservations at Disneyland - book as soon as your 60-day window opens
- The Monte Cristo is only on the lunch menu and lunch is noticeably cheaper than dinner
- Ask for a waterside table at check-in - you may wait longer but it is worth it
- Check the mobile walk-up list in the Disneyland app for same-day openings
- Yes, the boats from Pirates of the Caribbean really do float by while you eat
Best for
- Special occasions
- Pirates of the Caribbean fans
- Atmosphere seekers
- Date nights
