Disney Jollywood Nights 2026: Dates, Prices, and Whether It's Worth the Ticket

Disney Jollywood Nights runs 15 nights from November 7 through January 5, and the real value isn't the holiday overlay, it's what shorter lines do to your night. Here's what a ticket costs and who should skip it.

Disney Jollywood Nights runs 15 select nights from November 7, 2026 through January 5, 2027 at Hollywood Studios, and tickets are on sale now. If you're picking dates for a late-year trip, this is the hard-ticket holiday event at Disney World worth a serious look, mostly because of what it does to the crowd. Last updated October 2026.

Here's the trade you're making: tickets run $169 to $199 depending on the night, and in exchange you get Hollywood Studios after regular hours with a capped crowd. Headliners like Rise of the Resistance and Slinky Dog Dash with much shorter waits than a normal holiday evening is the actual product. The holiday entertainment is the bonus.

How the Ticket Works

The ticket is date-specific. It covers the event that night only, and you don't need a separate day ticket to attend. Check your ticket for the exact entry and event times, since Disney sets them per event. Pricing moves by date: earlier November nights tend to sit at the low end of the range, and the nights closest to Christmas sit at the top. If your travel window is flexible, shifting a few days to land on a November date instead of a peak December night can save real money, and the January nights are a nice option if your trip lands right after New Year's instead of during Christmas week.

What's Happening at Hollywood Studios This Holiday Season

The park itself is in full holiday mode during this stretch. Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets (opened May 26, 2026) gets a holiday overlay from November 4 through January 6, and Alien Swirling Saucers switches to a holiday playlist from November 4. Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! and the Sunset Seasons Greetings projections on the Tower of Terror are the park's holiday nighttime shows. The new Magic of Disney Animation (opened September 14, 2026) and the Walt Disney Studios area are worth a look too if you haven't seen them yet.

Jollywood Nights layers event-exclusive entertainment, holiday stage shows, and character meet-and-greets on top of that. Disney posts the full event lineup on its event page and in the My Disney Experience app, and character appearances rotate, so check what's scheduled for your night if a specific character matters to your kids.

Fantasmic! isn't part of the event. If Fantasmic is the must-see for your family, plan it for a regular evening at Hollywood Studios.

Who This Is Actually for

Buy a ticket if you're already planning a Hollywood Studios day and you want to ride the headliners without the daytime lines, or if you're a holiday-season regular who has already done the Christmas party at Magic Kingdom. Families who've done Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party know the pattern: you're paying a premium for shorter waits and a curated entertainment block, not for a fundamentally different park.

Skip it if your trip doesn't touch Hollywood Studios at all, or if your kids are too young to stay up late. It's also not the move if you're trying to do Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Animal Kingdom in the same trip and only have one evening free. One ticketed night eats a whole evening, so it competes directly with dinner reservations, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, or an Extended Evening Hours night at another park.

The math that matters: a family of four at $169 to $199 per ticket is roughly $680 to $800 for one night, before food. Compare that to a normal evening at Hollywood Studios (included with your park ticket, but you're in long lines for Slinky Dog Dash instead of walking on). For people who value their evening more than their wallet, it's an easy yes. On a tight budget, it's the first thing to cut before you cut a resort upgrade or a signature dining reservation.
